Shifting house

Dear all... I'm really sorry that I couldn't post any new things in my blog recently. I thought that I would post a Mini kit freebie this week, but unfortunately I was not well for a couple of weeks because of throat infection, whew..... it was really not comfortable when I even couldn't swallow my saliva hiks..... but thank God, I'm getting better now.

On May 31, me & my DH will be shifting house, still in the same city Namma Bengaluru, but we want to stay closer to his office. Poor my DH, he really has headache everyday because of the traffic here, as the silicon valley of India, Bangalore is more crowded now (don't know from where all these people come lol...), new apartments everywhere ... even in the residential area they build apartments among the independent houses, ouh development ouh. Hmmm.... this one becomes a little headache for me, lol, because I will get the new internet connection only after (approximately) 3 weeks, yay!!! What should I do with my digiscrap ?

But don't worry, me and other Indonesian friends will release our second Collab Kit, and it's a FREEBIE again, around the middle of June! So, please keep visiting our blogs, don't miss them.

It's a Baby Girl collab kit - Freebie

We are welcoming a new family member ! Yup...... Aprilisa Designs just delivered a baby, and it's a Baby Girl ! What a happy moment for all of us, and we want to share this happiness with all of you as well. In order to practise my knowledge about shadowing, so I made this LO by using Chillaxin Kit by Snowflake Beach Designs.

While thinking of an idea to make my next Kit (perhaps a freebie again !!!), I made these 2 LOs using Funky Mama collab kit. For the first LO, I changed the colour of papers a little to suit the photo. This LO was scraplifted from a LO by Misty O'Brien http://gingerscraps.net/gallery/showphoto.php?

The second LO is made based on my curiousity; honestly, I don't like to use black colour for my designs, but by seeing the texture of the black paper below (by Studio Mamaecha) my imagination finally worked !!! lol..... and voila... you can see the result.

Funky Mama LOs

Here are the LOs I made using our Funky Mama collab kit.
The first one is my friend, Anitha and her daughter, hmmmm.....look at that lovely friendship between them... so sweeeeetttt........ hiks... I'm having tears LOL... I used elements (ribbons) from Studio Mamaecha and Trityacreations, then from my own kit: paper, frame, pin, flowers, doodles.




The second one is my friend, Sachitha and her daughter, such a nice pose from them, isn't it ? I used paper & frame from Blueorchiddigiscrap, lace from Trityacreations, then patterned paper, stitched ribbon & word art from Studio Mamaecha, glass button from YantiScrap, glassybeads from Pixelily, and from my own kit: beads.

Welcome to my blog

Hi... I'm glad that you are here. I came to know about digital scrapbook from my friend, and I was addicted immediately. I learnt from the scratch ..... and it has been 7 months now, whew.... so soon the time passes! I still have so many things to learn, but I would like to share my creations I've made so far with you all. I hope this will also encourage the new scrappers ............. creativity is an endless pit so keep digging.
